As International Women’s Day nears, I want to remind every woman of her unique energy and purpose. Being a woman is about embracing your special gift and bringing it into the world, whether it’s through family, career, creativity, or self-healing. 2024 is challenging, but it’s also a chance for new beginnings and finding your unique place. In tough times, remember to breathe and comfort yourself, knowing everything is happening for your best. Let’s focus on self-love and care, to bring out the best in ourselves and others.

Transcript: The Gift of Being a Woman

Yana: Hello and welcome everyone to another episode of Timeless Teachings, as we are approaching International Women’s Day, I would like to remind all women about the importance and sacredness of being a woman. If you’re born into a female body, it means that you came on this planet with a very special gift, very special energy. And it is a big part of your realization and life purpose to connect with that energy, to embody it, and to bring it forth in the material, physical world.

Yana: What kind of energy are we talking about here? Close your eyes for the moment and ask yourself What does it mean being a woman? What comes to you? For some people, maybe immediately what you see would be family, husband, wife, children. For others, it could be you at the frontier of science and I.T. and, leading a company with the cutting edge technology and leadership and creating new corporate culture.

Yana: For others, it could be art, music, writing. Any other form of expression and creativity when you bring more wisdom and light into this earth. Maybe it is your own individual practice. When you spend hours and hours every day in meditation and silence and inner healing. Doing the best you can to heal yourself from all the past traumas and experiences.

Yana: So that you can become the best version of yourself. Whatever it is, it is important that you listen to your heart, your mind, your body, and your soul. And that all four are in a complete alignment about what you are doing, how you are being, and where you’re going. And how do we know if all parts of our self are in the alignment?

Yana: When they are in the alignment, you wake up in the morning with joy. Your day is easier. Even if sometimes it can be difficult, it is still easy. You experience the beauty of synchronicity, where you feel life is happening for you and you just spontaneously show up at the right place, at the right time, meeting the right people and being able to receive the right opportunity.

Yana: You feel healthy physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically. Your mind is stable and at peace and aligned. And there is a lot of love, compassion and kindness in your heart.

Yana: And you feel a deep connection with your physical body. You love your physical body. You know how to take care of your physical body. It speaks to you and you listen to it and respond accordingly. And you’re also deeply connected with your soul through your intuition. Perhaps you have certain practices you do.

Yana: Or maybe you just go on walks in nature and you look around and touch trees, look at animals and listen to birds singing and that’s your connection. Whatever it is that you do, you feel guided, protected, aligned. Then you know you’re on the right path. And even though you might not have your 10, 20, 30 years plan figured out, maybe you’re just living step by step, day by day.

Yana: Or maybe you have a plan and you’re following it step by step.

Yana: Whatever your truth is, whatever resonates with your personality,

Yana: it is important That you were at peace with all parts of yourself.

Yana: And yet at the same time, we see a lot of women these days who are tormented, especially right now. This year 2024 is going to be very intense. It’s another intense year before more peaceful. Um, more joyful events will be coming into the world starting from 2025. And so right now, everything that is no longer serving you at work in the relationships in your life, it drastically falling away.

Yana: And sometimes that change can be incredibly painful and you feel like something has been taken away from you and you feel injustice and anger and frustration and you might feel like you want to fight for your rights, you want to be listened to. And it’s understandable. And at the same time, maybe a It’s an opportunity for something new.

Yana: And life just removes people, things, jobs, relationships, countries from your way that are in the way of you realizing your full potential and finding your own unique place under the sun. Only your place. No one else can take it. Where you can shine the brightest. Show your gifts with the world. And be fully rewarded and recognized for your gifts.

Yana: And so there is a lot of confusion right now in the world. Among both men and women. So what do we do? When a person is confused, when we feel frustrated and perhaps we feel that not maybe everything going the way how we want or it’s not fast enough as we want or we don’t know if it will be the way we want and there is a bit of fear and panic in that sense of the unknown.

Yana: So what do we do? We, um, take a deep breath. Right now take a deep inhalation and deep exhalation and we place our hand on our heart and we take another deep inhalation and the excalation reminding ourselves that you are here, you exist. You are loved, protected, and guided. And place another hand on any other parts of your body that you feel needs to receive more comforting love right now.

Yana: And take a deep inhalation into that part. And deep exhalation. And you do that as many times a day. As you need, when you catch your mind running around in circles and stressing you out, you just come back to your body. Come back to your heart. Come back to your soul. And remind yourself that whatever is happening in your life, whether cognitively and logically you understand it or not.

Yana: It is always happening in your best interests. Even if you don’t like the experience, it is preparing you for something greater. It is preparing you to fully realize and embody your full potential. And you can go through this kicking and screaming, or you can walk gracefully. You still have to go through that.

Yana: And in those moments, we just remind ourselves how strong we are, how much resources we do have, even if we feel we have none left. And every time when we need more nourishment, all that you have to do is just take a deep breath. Breathing in from nature all the support, love, and care that you need. And may this month and this year help each one of us to understand the importance of self love, self care, so that we can Also see that in other people.
